Shipping policy

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll let you know if there's a significant delay.

You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.


Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Estimated delivery times below are in addition to processing time and are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Please allow up to [48] hours for tracking to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after [several days], email us at samesidesupport@gmail.com and we'll look into it.


Delivery delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer than expected due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or busy periods. We can't control carrier delays once your order has shipped, but we'll always help you track it down. If your order seems significantly delayed, get in touch.


Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at samesidesupport@gmail.com — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to fix it. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.


Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbours or your building's mail area.
  2. Confirm the address on your order.
  3. Allow [1–2] business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early.

If it still hasn't turned up, contact us at samesidesupport@gmail.com and we'll help you open an inquiry with the carrier. We can't guarantee replacement for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier, but we'll do our best to assist.


International shipping, customs, and duties
