If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Note for Same Side: in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees (e.g. goods must be of acceptable quality) that you can't contract out of, and your limitation-of-liability clause is read subject to them. If you sell internationally, similar mandatory protections may apply in your customers' countries. Keep this clause so the document stays compliant.
16. Indemnity
You agree to cover any reasonable losses or costs we incur as a result of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing law
