We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, email support@sameside.store with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What does 'dry top' actually mean?
A float valve at the top of the snorkel closes automatically when it dips below the surface, stopping water rushing down the tube. When you surface again, it reopens and you breathe normally. It's the feature that makes snorkelling feel relaxed for beginners.

All masks can fog when warm breath meets cool glass, but rinsing before use and a dab of anti-fog (or the old baby-shampoo trick) keeps vision clear. Avoid touching the inside of the lens. A quick sea-water rinse mid-swim also resets it.
