We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, email support@sameside.store with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Coloured sand and liquid are sealed between glass panes. Each flip sends the sand drifting down through the liquid to settle into a brand-new layered landscape, backlit by the LED.
