To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, email support@sameside.store with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

The strips can be fixed with a suitable outdoor adhesive, screws or cable ties depending on the surface. Clean the area of droppings and debris first so they bond well. Cover the full length of the ledge — birds will find any gap you leave.
