To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, email support@sameside.store with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
